Úvodní hodina

Dear children,

these days I am not at school, because I am improving my English in the south of England.

I would like to inform you about our English lessons.

You have to have buy two exercise books A5 - first for school work, second for vocabulary.

Butete mít dva sešity A5, jeden pro školní práci, druhý pro zápis a učení slovíček.

First of all write and answer next questions in whole sentences:

Zapište si otázky a celou větou na ně písemně odpovězte.

1. Where do you live?
2. How old are you?
3. What is your hobby?
4. What did you do during summer holidays? Write at least five activities in five sentences. Use different verbs.
5. Where were you during summer holidays?
6. What is your favourite meal?
7. What pet have you got?
8. When have you got your English lessons?
9. What is your favourite subject?
10. What is the highest mountain in the Czech Republic?

Your second task is to repeat your vocabulary and learn at least 10 new words. Look around the classroom and write as many things as you know in English, Next to an English word write the Czech translation in brackets.

Then write at least ten things that you don´t know in English and that you see. These words will be your first words to learn.

Vaším druhým úkolem bude napsat podle příkladu co nejvíce věcí,které kolem sebe vidíte v angličtině. Do závorky napište jejich český překlad. Pak si zapište minimálně deset věcí, které anglicky neumíte. To budou vaše nová slovíčka k naučení.
